to loss of credits, referrals, etc. You agree to use our Web site at
your own risk. If something does go wrong however, contact us, and as soon as we get the email we will do what we can to make things right.
Freetrafficexchange.net.com may at any time, without cause or reason, remove your account or the advertisments you have submitted to the network.
Freetrafficexchange.net is not responsible for the income claims or promises with
sites in rotation. You join any advertised program at your own risk and we advise you to research all business opportunities before you invest any money.
To optimise our sites database we have simple rules to keep it actual and fast-loading.
Every site which has zero activity during last 30 days (no credits assignments, no changes in site status) will be deactivated (set to passive status). If you do not change its status to active, then such site can be deleted from our database in 45 more days. So actually you have 75 days to decide if you need some old site or not.
Also for your convenience our system script adds short warning message under "active/passive" option on "My sites" page, if some of your sites can be deactivated or deleted soon. Obviously all credits assigned to such sites, will be transferred to your account automatically. This doesn't apply to declined sites though. Declined site which was not deleted during 10 days by its owner is removed from our database during automatic site deletion. All credits assigned to declined site are lost on automatic site deletion. In order to save credits, you need to delete declined site from your account within 10 days after site declination.
» Not more than 2 accounts per person allowed.
» Spam is not allowed!
If you are found spamming, your account will be terminated right away and you will lose all credits and referrals.
» DO NOT CHEAT!
When one is cheating, he is "stealing" from other members. Therefore, members who are found to be cheating the system thru the use of programs, robotic methods or any other means will have their accounts terminated immediately. If it becomes necessary for us to terminate an account - all credits and referrals will be forfeited.
» You are not allowed to sell Freetrafficexchange.net.com credits to other users!
Selling Freetrafficexchange.net credits is prohibited. If you are caught selling credits, we will terminate yours and your buyer's accounts right away.
» English sites only!
We only accept sites in English. Many members have demanded it.
» No illegal content!
We DO NOT accept sites with porn, adult content, warez, illegal copied software or offensive content. Freetrafficexchange.net will be the sole decision maker in regards to approving or declining your Web site.
» No more than 1 popup!
We understand that many sites make money by having popup windows. Although, we WILL NOT accept sites with more than 1 popup. That popup CAN NOT open new popups once closed.
» Keep frames!
If your site breaks frames — we will not approve it! Our surf bar uses frames to control member's surfing. Please make sure you follow our rules.
» Other important restrictions
- Your site cannot launch any JavaScript alert/popup that requires user input to allow surfing to continue.
- NO sites with background searches
- NO sites that deliver ads in mini or zero-size iframes
- NO HYIP Sites (High Yeild Investment Program)
- Your site must not attempt to automatically download files
- You may not advertise any surf pages trying to earn credits from another exchange. However we accept referral links instead.
- Sites with loud music/sound/video without an OFF/MUTE switch
- Site freezes the browser window or stops the timer
If you find such site in surfing, please report it as illegal content using "Report site" link on the surfing frame.
» PTPs
Most of traffic exchanges do not allow to advertise PTP sites but we do. That's why we ask you to submit only those PTPs which do not violate our Terms. Otherwise we may decide to ban all PTPs one day.
» Penalties
If you violate any of the Terms, your account will either be penalized for 50-500 credits (to be determined by our staff) or terminated (all referrals and credits will be lost).
» All sales are final
There will be no refunds issued to any sales made through Freetrafficexchange.net.com Web site.
» Modifications to the Terms
Freetrafficexchange.net reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Freetrafficexchange.net.com reserves the right to refuse, block, or terminate the membership of any member found to be violating the Terms of Service.
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the terms.
