Subject: Paid Traffic Methods - The Best Traffic to Buy For a Website
Posted: Sat Dec 20, 2008 2:28 am (GMT 0)

Internet marketers who have a decent advertising budget will find that there are lots of available advertising options. With so many options available, it can become difficult to choose the best ones if you're inexperienced with online marketing. Marketers who pay for advertising have to make sure that their outgoing costs aren't more then the amount of sales they can generate. Paid advertising methods require that marketers pay close attention to profit margins. When done correctly, a lot of money can be made online. Below, we will take a look at some of the very best paid, advertising methods.

The first one that we will discuss is paid press releases. Paid press releases can be a really good way to spread the word about your product. They work well even when promoting affiliate products. The biggest benefit is that your press release is seen as an objective story about you and your product. Make sure that you place a link to your web site a couple of times throughout the body of the press release. You don't want to have to count on people making it to the end of your release. If they want more information, they can click to your website right away. Two excellent paid press release sites are PRweb.com andPRNewswire.com.

Article distribution services are another paid method of advertising. You simply pay a company to distribute your article to various groups, websites, email addresses and article directories. This used to be very effective before Google began penalizing for duplicate content. However, article submission services can still drive traffic to your site. Therefore, if you're not particularly concerned about getting your article ranked, you may still be able to get some targeted traffic.

Pay per click is one of the most well-known paid advertising methods. You simply pay a certain amount of money for every person that is sent to your website through the pay-per-click companies. The top pay-per-click companies are Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.

Ezine advertising can be effective if you can find a good ezine or newsletter. This can be expensive. Therefore, look around for affordable options. You will also want to do some testing. Take out some smaller ads and see if you get a return on your money before you pay for expensive solo ads.

Co-registration is another paid option. This is a great strategy for collecting email addresses. You are able to place a small ad on a popular site. This ad should be designed to encourage people to sign up for your newsletter. This allows you to build your list very quickly. A good list can be invaluable and make you a lot of money.

You may also want to consider paid forum advertising is another option. You simply find a well visited forum and pay for advertising space. This could be a text link or a banner ad.

Identify web sites in your niche or a complementary one that receives a lot of traffic. Find out if they sell advertising space. You can find sites by going to your favorite search engine and typing in a keyword related to your niche. Take a look at the top 10 sites. Contact them and ask if they are willing to sell you some space on their site.
_________________
“Experience is by far the best teacher. Ever since I was little, I knew that if I looked both ways when crossing the street, I'd see a lot more than traffic.”
Organic Traffic aka SEM/SEO :: A Criticism of NoFollow Links: Why You Should Not Use Them

Subject: A Criticism of NoFollow Links: Why You Should Not Use Them
Posted: Wed Oct 29, 2008 12:16 pm (GMT 0)

OK, I admit it, I used to be the kind of guy who was tied up with using nofollow links to channel PageRank authority to my blogs self-serving links. But I recently read a blog post over at Blue Jar, and subsequently found a great Wordpress plugin for Nofollow Reciprocity, which opened my eyes to “dofollow” blog links.

For the uninitiated, nofollow tags are attributes which you can add to your href link tags to tell Google And Yahoo not to pass page trust or authority to the link target:

<a href=”http://www.google.com” rel=”nofollow”>Google</a>

Google has stated they won’t even follow or index the link, but a number of SEOs, myself included, don’t necessarily believe that claim. But for the purposes of this discussion, all we really need to understand is that Google definitely doesn’t pass PageRank value through nofollow tags. So how does that help you? Arguably, you can channel more link authority to your own pages via your internal link structure. So how does this hurt you?

Unfortunately, the use of nofollow tags has really impeded the original concept behind the open and free exchange of ideas on the Internet. Since so much traffic is dependent on Google today (and one can argue that the Internet as a whole is way too overly dependent on Google) the excessive use of nofollow tags hurts everyone’s chances of ranking well in Google. And by everyone, I mean the majority of website owners which own relatively small sites and blogs. As a result, there is less traffic to all our sites, which means less exchange of ideas.

Google relies heavily on links to rank pages in their search engine index. We know that the more relevant, quality links you have to your site, the better chances you have of being ranked for the keywords used in those links on Google. But if all the links coming to your site are nofollow, Google is probably going to discount all of them and you won’t rank well at all. It’s mostly small site and blog owners who are going to suffer from this cycle, hence the idea behind Nofollow Reciprocity. The Nofollow Reciprocity plugin for Wordpress automatically tags links to large websites which use nofollow as nofollow links, effectively treating them the same way they treat you.

Large site owners, such as Wikipedia, etc., all make use of nofollow tags. They don’t care if they don’t pass any PageRank or authority to your website, because they’ve got plenty and there’s nothing you can do about it. But what we can do about it is start spreading link authority amongst ourselves. By allowing “dofollow” links (there’s actually no such HTML tag for “dofollow”, it’s just a regular href link without the nofollow attribute) on your blog comments or on your website, small site owners can begin allowing link authority to spread, thus fostering the free exchange of information on the web once again.

Are you using nofollow links? If you’ve got Wordpress installed, you are, since Wordpress (and some other blogging platforms) add nofollow tags to all comment links by default. This was done primarily to discourage spam commenting. The theory is that if your links are worthless to them, spammers won’t bother bombarding you with them. The problem is this discourages commenting in general, since, well, your links are worthless. You can use Semiologic’s Plugin to remove nofollow tags from your Wordpress comments.

If you want to check out who’s using nofollow links on any web page, install Aaron Wall’s SEO plugin for Firefox. When enabled, it turns all the nofollow links on a web page to red so you can easily spot them.

So it’s official - all comments on my blog are now “dofollow” links!
Now go out and bombard the interweb with my self-whoring social links

Payment Processor Reviews :: Stormpay - The good and the bad.

Subject: Stormpay - The good and the bad.
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:59 am (GMT 0)

Stormpay is a payment gateway similar to Paypal where you can pay merchants online for items you have purchased.

--------------------
What I think
--------------------

Recently there have been a lot of bad press against Stormpay mostly written by 12daily scam members, who continue to follow claims that Stormpay took the money. There are two sides to the story and not everything written should be believed.

Early February 2006 Stormpay's server was brought down by DDOS attacks (where people send lots of requests to the server till it overloads) and this continued for a week. This was soon after the trouble with 12daily. A lot of the time the site was unavailable and customers started to worry.

They now seem to be back as they were before, support tickets are now answered quickly.

My experience with Stormpay has been generally good. I received a $700 withdrawal cheque from them this week and have previously received similar cheques, all fine. There have been a number of 'chargebacks' mainly do to with the 12daily trouble over the past month, these are now not happening so frequently and only happened about 5 times to us. Luckily we sell services which can be stopped at any time, but for people sending items would have lost money.

-----------------
Fees
-----------------

We are NetIBA certified which means that pay a much lower fee, getting NetIBA certified its only $19.99, bargain if you sell a lot of items.

--------------------
Withdrawing Money
--------------------
Withdrawing money is easy, if you live in the US you can do a bank transfer.

If you withdraw $2500 or more you can use a wire transfer.

Otherwise you need to withdraw a cheque; this is what we need to do. This takes around a week to arrive, most backs will charge a fee for banking a US cheque, but you will need to ask your bank about that.

---------------------
Recieving Money
---------------------
Simple really, you just get an email saying you've been sent money, just like you would with Paypal.

--------------------
Sending Money
--------------------
Once again, simple.

--------------------
Layout
------------ --------
Stormpay's layout is quick and easy to navigate, anyone can pick it up.

--------------------
Support
---------------- ----
We've had good experience with support and all our support tickets have been answered within 24 hours, some after hours of submitting.

--------------------
Stormpay Auctions
--------------------
Like Ebay and Paypal, Stormpay and Stormpay Auctions work together and anything purchased through the auctions is paid for with Stormpay. We regularly use Stormpay Auctions, listing items (without extra features) is 100% free unlike eBay!

That about sums it up.

Summary: Not bad. Quick and easy to use.

http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/internet-sites/stormpay-com/1024755/
_________________
“Experience is by far the best teacher.
Payment Processor Reviews :: Review: PayPal

Subject: Review: PayPal
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:57 am (GMT 0)

The lowest-cost, broad-featured system I've found for receiving payments on the Web is PayPal -- and it doesn't require a merchant account or payment gateway. What's more, many international merchants can use it with relative ease to sell products in US dollars. With its integrated shopping cart feature, it is finally mature enough for small online merchants to use to launch low cost e-commerce sites.

PayPal began in 1999 as a tool for transferring money for payment in eBay auctions and is currently the most popular online payment system of its kind. PayPal estimates that it is the payment vehicle for 28% of the auctions that close on eBay, with its closest competitor used for only a small fraction of that. Essentially, the system allows a PayPal member to e-mail money to anyone, though to retrieve the money the recipient must set up a free PayPal account for himself or herself. To date, PayPal boasts more than 8 million members, which account for a considerable fraction of those who make purchases via the Internet.
Fees

One of the most attractive features of PayPal is its low cost. Though personal account members can receive payments up to $100 per month at no charge, businesses pay fees to receive money. Instead of paying high set-up fees and substantial monthly service fees (as is common for merchant credit card accounts with payment gateways), PayPal only charges a percentage of the transaction plus a 30¢ transaction fee. But rates are going up. PayPal has announced that effective July 18, 2001, it will be charging two-tiers of fees.

Standard Rate
(newer members with lower volume)

Merchant Rate
(established members with higher monthly sales volume)

Automatic Deposit
via ACH to your local bank account

PayPal

30¢ transaction fee plus 2.9% of transaction

30¢ transaction fee plus 2.2% of transaction (which is what PayPal charged previous to 7/18/01)

0.35% (US only, optional fee)

eBay BillPoint

35¢ transaction fee plus 2.5% of transactions over $15

35¢ plus 1.75% of transactions over $15

0.5% (plus 1% currency conversion in Canada), required to get your money out of the account.

In the chart above PayPal's closest competitor, eBay's BillPoint, appears to offer lower fees, but since BillPoint assesses a 0.5% fee to get money out of the account, eBay's effective rates are 3% standard and 2.25% merchant. Fees seem to be rather volatile right now -- they've gone up and down in the recent past -- as these companies vie for members and seek to ensure a sound economic basis for their businesses. In the auction arena, BillPoint and PayPal are quite similar, but PayPal is a more mature product that offers tools, such as a shopping cart, that non-auction merchants need.
How PayPal Makes Money

PayPal makes most of its money on fees paid by its business members. According to PayPal Vice President of Corporate Communications Vince Sollitto, less than 10% of PayPal's income comes from the "float" -- interest on money that accrues between the time it is deposited in the account and transferred out of the account. For PayPal this period is a minimum of about 3 to 5 days. The time period protects PayPal from fraud, but it also gives them time to earn interest on the money.

Recently PayPal began offering an optional Money Market Account that, as of this writing, pays 2.89%. (For comparison Vanguard Prime Money Market Fund currently pays 3.95% and charges a 0.33% expense ratio -- a substantially higher return.) PayPal Money Market Account seems to be paying similarly to some bank money market accounts, netting them about 1%+ on funds deposited. US residents can opt for an automatic daily sweep that will transfer any funds from your PayPal account into your local bank account via ACH (Automated Clearing House) system for a 0.35% fee on the money transferred. (US residents can make the transfer to their local banks manually at no charge.)

One reason for PayPal's rapid growth was the viral marketing element of offering a bounty of $5 on new PayPal members. However, the newest fine print indicates that for you to qualify for the bounty only when your new member deposits at least $250 into his or her PayPal account in a single transaction. It's nice for PayPal if it happens, but many people pay with a credit card directly, rather than out of money sitting in their PayPal account. Don't expect to earn much on bounties.

I see PayPal's fees quite competitive and reasonable, and they'll probably stay that way since the competition is nipping at their heels.
Security

How well are merchants and customers protected through PayPal? Quite well, it appears to me.

First, the order form that pops up to take the customer's credit card uses PayPal's SSL (secure sockets layer) secure server. With PayPal the merchant doesn't need a secure server, only a standard website. PayPal provides the secure order form.

PayPal members, both sellers and buyers, are also covered by PayPal's contract with Travelers Insurance for up to $100,000 for unauthorized withdrawals from the PayPal account. Be aware, however, that US buyers who make purchases using money in their PayPal account rather than paying via PayPal directly by credit card don't have the same legal protections that they would if they make the purchase with a credit card. (See "PayPal no friend to online buyers," by Bob Sullivan, ZDNet News 7/20/00, www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,2605840,00.html). Buyers who encounter problems with a purchase can, however, submit a Buyer Complaint Form that will prompt an investigation by PayPal that could result in the suspension of the merchant's PayPal account unless the merchant cooperates. PayPal doesn't have much tolerance for bad sellers or buyers.

In this policed environment, merchants are fairly well protected against credit card fraud. PayPal allows merchants to specify exactly what kinds of payments they will and will not accept: non-confirmed addresses, unverified users, international users, unconfirmed bank accounts, Web Accept and instant purchase payments, and payments using the "Send Money" capability on the PayPal website. This allows merchants to determine their own levels of risk. Elsewhere, you won't find such features outside of the fairly pricey fraud detection systems offered as options by payment gateways.

PayPal offers merchants protection against chargebacks so long as they follow certain guidelines that include: shipping only to a "confirmed address" in the US and obtaining proof of shipment for tangible goods. This chargeback protection doesn't extend to buyers outside the US, nor is it offered for downloadable software, information, or entertainment, but it is a good start -- better than any merchant account or bank will give you! I'm told PayPal is working on confirming addresses of members outside the US to extend their offer to international merchants and customers in the future.

Another way that PayPal protects both sellers and buyers is by displaying information on how many PayPal transactions the seller or buyer has participated in. The idea is that a buyer who has made a lot of purchases via PayPal probably isn't a crook (at least they haven't been reported to PayPal for fraudulent activity). That can be quite helpful in preventing fraud. Merchants may not want their competitors to know how many sales they're making -- and can opt-out of this feature -- but the trust it builds with customers seems worth the loss of business privacy.

As I talk with small business people, the only criticism I've heard of PayPal is that some have had their accounts suspended arbitrarily. That didn't leave a very good impression. I asked Vince Sollitto about this. He told me that last summer and fall cyberthieves, especially in Russia, learned how to use PayPal to get money from stolen credit cards. They would steal credit card numbers, then use PayPal to send funds from these PayPal accounts funded by these credit cards to another PayPal account where they would withdraw money from the system. The effect on the fledgling payment transfer industry was disastrous; many of PayPal's competitors went out of business as a result. Sollitto said that, in the thick of combating this, any PayPal account that had received payments from a stolen credit card was frozen. Now it's pretty well sorted out, he says. As a result of their anti-fraud measures, the fraud rate within PayPal is only 0.45% compared to about 2.6% of all credit card based transactions on the Internet.
Site Promotion

Though it may not be a big factor, PayPal offers to help merchants promote their website in two ways. US residents can list their website under PayPal Shops for no cost, and that may bring some traffic. In addition, when a payment is made through your PayPal order form (such as for an auction purchase), the order form encourages the buyer to visit you at your website URL, also.
Receiving Your Money

The important question merchants should be asking is how they can get PayPal Money into their own checking accounts.

That's pretty easy for US residents and the residents of seven other countries that can make transfers from their PayPal accounts to their local bank checking accounts. For US resident's there is no charge for this ACH transfer, though there is a small charge for residents the other countries. People in 43 countries (www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/approved_countries-outside) can currently be PayPal members. But in only seven countries outside the US can members transfer money from their PayPal account to a local checking account: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, and the UK. As noted above, it takes 3 to 5 working days to get money out of PayPal, so it isn't instantaneous.

Outside these seven countries and the US, merchants have no easy way to get their money out of the PayPal system. I asked Vince Sollitto why PayPal couldn't mail a check in US funds to merchants in these countries. PayPal is in the business of electronic -- not paper transmission of funds -- he told me. He spoke about the high costs of issuing checks. I'm not convinced.

But to PayPal's credit, they're doing something that really hasn't been done before -- developing a low-cost system to transfer US funds to banks in other countries. Costs to wire funds from one country to another can run $10 to $15 or more, but PayPal's fees are only $1.50 for merchants in these seven countries to get money into a checking account. PayPal has been working at this project country by country, working first with countries that have the highest PayPal volume. The seven countries they've developed so far account for nearly half of PayPal's international volume.

Here's one way for a merchant outside the eight favored countries to get their PayPal account converted to cash. Just make sure it doesn't break any banking laws in your country. A merchant in Sweden (who can't make local bank deposits from a PayPal account) can e-mail $200 via PayPal to a friend in the UK who then deposits it in a local bank and snail-mail the Swede a check. But it will be a happy day for all when funds transfers to all countries will be possible.
Shopping Cart System

The feature that makes PayPal especially useful to non-auction merchants is PayPal's WebAccept (for single item purchases) and Shopping Cart (for multiple item purchases).

The PayPal shopping cart differs from most of the basic cart programs that I've seen:

PayPal Cart

All product information, including price, is contained in HTML on the merchant's webpage. The merchant is identified by a member number.

Other Carts

Most product information, including price, is contained in a database hosted on the cart company's website. The only information contained in the merchant's HTML is the product number and merchant ID.

For PayPal this is wonderful since they don't have to maintain huge product databases for merchants who do little or no business. Instead, all the information PayPal needs is transferred to it from the merchant's website when a customer clicks on the "add to cart" button.

For the merchant, however, there are three downsides to this approach: (1) Petty hackers can easily change the price they pay for products by copying the webpage, changing the price amount, and making a purchase from the altered webpage. (2) Webpages sizes begin to bulk up if they include the "add to cart" buttons for very many products. (3) Merchants must do a lot of repetitive typing to create new products.

In my experience, however, I haven't seen many people changing prices on webpages. The advantage of this system is that a savvy merchant could hook up a product database to the mailmerge program in Microsoft Word and produce HTML code rather quickly for all the products in the database, then paste them onto the appropriate webpages.

These are the fields available in the PayPal Shopping Cart for the typical product: item_name, item_number, amount, shipping, shipping 2 (additional shipping cost for more items of the same product), handling, image_url (for a 150x50 merchant logo that personalizes the cart and order pages), return (URL for redirection after the completed transaction), cancel_return (URL for redirection if the order is cancelled), and no_note (whether a box should be provided for customer comments).

One of the strong elements of the PayPal cart is the ability to sell subscriptions that include recurring billing. That feature alone will make some e-merchants drool since it is seldom found in off-the-shelf e-commerce systems.

Another nice feature is Instant Payment Notification. When you switch on this option, PayPal automatically notifies a URL on your webserver of the details of each sale. PayPal provides some sample Perl and ASP/VBScript code to implement the feature on your website. With this you can develop a database on your own website that captures customer and order details. A programmer could then integrate this into the merchant's order management system and accounting system.
Ordering System Problems

But PayPal's shopping cart and ordering system still has some rough edges that may snag merchants.

There's no provision for variations of a single product, such as size and color. In the PayPal Shopping Cart system, each variation needs its own separate order button -- kind of clumsy if you're selling T-shirts. Yes, a database-driven site could get around this, but the average merchant is pretty well stuck. You could indicate size or color in a drop-down HTML menu corresponding to different product numbers (SKUs), but this is difficult except for the HTML-savvy.

The shipping provision is also very weak. You specify for each item:

* Base shipping. The cost to ship a single item.
* Shipping2. The cost to ship each additional item.
* Handling. Any additional handling cost.

This may work fine if your shipping costs are the same no matter where you ship. But most shipping costs vary according to weight and distance. The shopping cart system contains no field for weight and no way to compute shipping to various zones like most shopping cart systems. An HTML-savvy merchant might set up a work-around to have the customer indicate location and a corresponding shipping price in a drop-down menu above the "Add to Cart" button.

Nor does the PayPal cart have any provision whatsoever for sales or VAT tax. This is probably because it was developed in the tax-blind auction environment. But merchants can't ignore paying sales taxes when sales are made to residents of their states. Using the PayPal cart they'll have to include sales tax in the purchase price.
Accounting Integration

One strength of using PayPal is its growing integration with common small business accounting software. You can download your transaction history into Quicken, QuickBooks, or a comma-delimited file which can be used by spreadsheets, accounting ,or order management programs. QuickBooks 2001 now offers you the option to invite payment of invoices via PayPal. I was able to install my existing PayPal account into QuickBooks within a couple of minutes. I've also set up my PayPal Money Market account as a bank account in QuickBooks, so it can be used both to pay vendors and receive payment on invoices within QuickBooks. Last week I used PayPal to pay one of my best affiliates who lives in Australia. As my affiliate program (www.wilsonweb.com/affiliate/) grows, I can use PayPal's Mass Pay feature to make quick payments to multiple affiliates and track those payments in QuickBooks.
Readiness for E-Commerce

Overall, I'm very impressed with PayPal as a maturing tool for online merchants. PayPal members can receive payments from 43 countries, which include nearly all those with large e-commerce traffic (but leaves out a number of customers in Eastern Europe, South America, and Asia, including some countries with notorious fraud problems). I think small merchants have the most to gain with PayPal -- the ability to accept credit cards and e-checks without high monthly or set-up fees, all from a standard website. Many established merchants, including yours truly, will begin to offer it as a payment alternative. The shopping cart's problems with options, shipping, and taxes will need to be improved for it to become a primary solution for mainstream e-merchants. But if you're starting your e-business on a shoestring, I can't think of a better solution than PayPal.
Online Money Methods :: HYIP Monitors - How They Work and Can You Trust Them?

Subject: HYIP Monitors - How They Work and Can You Trust Them?
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:53 am (GMT 0)

HYIP, or High Yield Investment Programs allow you to earn a considerable daily or monthly interest on your investment. It can be something from 5% monthly to even unbelievable 50% daily. The risk is very high and you need always to know the most up to date information to take the right decision. By investing in HYIPs you risk your money every day, because you has no warranty that your money is safe and in fact it isn't.

There are several sources of information about HYIP programs, though no one of them is perfectly reliable, you should use them all and know how to find the needed information about every certain program. Without the right information it may be much harder to be a successful investor.

One of the main sources of the HYIP information are the HYIP monitors. HYIP monitors list all HYIP sites and provide with some basic information about the program, as when it was started, how does it claim to gain the needed profit and what are the interest and fees, but also the most important information - if the program is paying or not. Some programs continue operating even after they've finished to pay their members and while experienced investor may always find out easily if the program still pays or not, newbie investors may sometimes lose money on such programs.

All HYIP monitors work in a very simple way, they just monitor all the HYIP programs and also sort them by payouts, age and their preferences. Lots of HYIP monitors also allow people to vote for the programs. While this is a great feature, some of the votes may be easily forged by the program owners themselves, but still the majority of votes are usually made by real persons, which were happy after they got paid. Also pay more attention too the bad votes.

Good programs are never marked with "not paid", so if any HYIP monitor claims that the program is not paying, stay away from it. But even if the program is paying now, it may stop paying soon and turn to a scam. Look for more information about a program before considering an investment.

There are now hundreds of different HYIP monitors and most of them list hundreds of HYIPs, the competition is very high, though Goldpoll is one of the biggest HYIP protals. Other good HYIP monitor is HYIPs Analysis, where you can check an average lifetime of any HYIP program and estimate how long will a certain HYIP last.

HYIP monitors earn from the interest paid by the HYIPs, but also form referral comissions generated by their visitors who decide to invest in the program. Also every HYIP owner should usually pay around $20-$50 to get his HYIP listed. This money is invested aftewards into the program.

HYIP monitors are great to check the program and see if it pays, but they mostly list programs paying high returns, like over 10% daily and these HYIP usually don't last long, so a lot of people get scammed by believing that the program is able to generate this kind of interest for a long term period.

Use HYIP monitors to find new programs, but also use HYIP forums and read HYIP articles to educate yourself more and to be a more successful investor. GoldenTalk is a good HYIP forum, you can find plenty of useful information there. Also read articles and reviews published at HYIP Best.

Michael Goldman is an experienced online entrepreneur and investor, he helps people to make money online with his sites. For more information about HYIPs, you can see HYIP Articles and Reviews and great list of HYIP monitors and HYIP forums here.

There are hundreds even thousands of ways to make money on the internet, and getting paid to read emails sounds like a deal that is too good to be true, trust me its not. Who would want to pay people to read emails or who would even want to get paid to read emails well, the world of paid to read email or PTR is very fascinating world. It consists of websites which send you emails from their advertisers and pay you a commission for every email you read.

This is one of the easiest ways to make money online. You get paid when you click on a link inside an email and view a website for a couple of minutes. The viewing time is generally between 1 and 2 minutes, depending on the company. Paid to read emails are a great way to earn extra money and are a profitable source of income for a lot of people.

The best thing about paid to read emails is that they are simple, rapid and do not require much effort. However before you register with any paid to read company you need to create a separate email account just for receiving these emails, you'll want to keep your personal and paid emails apart.

Before you sign up with any paid to read company, you have to make sure that you don't pay a cent to join, in fact most paid to read companies will give you an incentive just for signing up, if you ever come across a website promising you a big amount of money to read emails and they require you to pay a sign up fee, you better click that close button and stay away from that website, they are probably trying to take your money.

Hits4pay is a paid to read company founded in 1999, their members receive about 5-6 emails per day. You can sign up for free, the site is international and open for all.

If you would like more information about hits4pay feel free to visit my website http://www.hits4pay101.com where you can learn how to maximize your H4P income for a couple hours of work, whenever you have time.
_________________
“Experience is by far the best teacher. Subject: Online Paid Advertising Methods
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:37 am (GMT 0)

This is a must way to do for every internet marketer or online marketer who are looking to expand their business and introduce it worldwide. Online paid advertising is a sure way to get at least lists of subscribers who have interest in products or services you offer to them. You should find this lists of yours will come in handy in the future as you may offer them other products or services later on without you have to pay anymore for advertising campaign.

Online paid advertising or internet paid advertising can be divided in to these section below;
* SEO optimization services
* Pay Per Click advertising
* Email marketing
* Banner advertising
* Link advertising
and there is quite a few more of this online paid advertising method you could choose and run for your campaign.

Let us discuss of this online paid advertising method one by one,

First, you should see at the SEO optimization services.
SEO or so called Search Engines Optimization can be conducted by ourselves which surely will takes a lot of our time to do research, to practice and so on. But if you have times and you willing to learn about this online advertising method, you will do just fine by yourselves.
But, If you need faster result and you have bigger advertising budget, you can try to use the service of SEO service company and ask for their help to optimize your site and work on for placement of your site to the search engines. Their services will not be cheap, specially if you ask for the help of the company who has been a professional in this business. As a specialist, their fee will be much expensive compare to their competitors. But you can expect great results from specialize service company like that.

Second is Pay Per Click Advertising
This is the fastest way for your website to be shown so it will has traffic in short time. This paid advertising method is better to be run by those who are already know and have experience with Pay Per Click advertising and have budget to run this method for sure.
It is very dangerous advertising method to run to if you don't have all the qualifications or you don't have knowledge and nice budget to do this paid advertising method. So please be extra careful before you run any PPC advertising. I suggest that you look for advise from people who are already running this advertising method, ask them about everything, risk, reward and estimated monthly or daily budget for your particular niche products. Ask for professional advise on what kind of PPC advertising campaign should you run or what is the safest way to do this...

Third is email marketing
This is my kind of marketing as they are fast, easy, effective as we can sell different products or services to our lists over and over again, and it's free... well, not exactly free... maybe we just pay for those leads just once from our PPC advertising campaign or from SEO optimization service for instance.
You just have to make sure that you don't send them your offer too often, as this kind of act might annoy your subscribers and it will consider as SPAM.

Banner advertising
You can try to place your banner on websites that has lots of traffic. usually, this kind of advertising method will not cost too much but there is a clear weakness with this method...
Mostly the traffic you got aren't targeted, specially if you place your banner on website that run business other than yours and not related to your business model or products offering.

Link advertising
This advertising method can be done free of cost but it also takes lots of your time to do many research and asking other webmaster for their willingness to exchange link with us.
But all the free advertising has a paid option that comes with each method, including with this link advertising method.
The key is to get your link exchange with websites that has lots of traffic and has high page rank with Google or alexa.

Ok that is pretty much cover the majority of the paid advertising methods within this articles. I will cover each one of them on my next articles. So stay tune..

Alternative Advertising :: RSS Marketing Explained

Subject: RSS Marketing Explained
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:36 am (GMT 0)

Many internet marketers are slow to recognize the importance of RSS feeds and the potential it has for delivering targeted and 'wanted' traffic to their sites. Just like a traditional newsletter, subscribers must opt-in to get the feed. Once subscribed to the RSS Feed, they'll automatically be updated as you add new content to your site. A lot of visitors, especially Bloggers, see feeds as a very practical and convenient way to stay informed and keep track of their favorite sites.

What is RSS?

RSS is the acronym for 'Really Simple Syndication' and it's basically the standard of syndication for websites to use to syndicate their content. A RSS feed generally needs a reader or aggregator to see it.

The subscriber's point of view

Why would someone want to subscribe to a feed when they need a special reader to see it? First, if a site visitor really likes your site and doesn't want to miss what's coming next, subscribing to the RSS feed is the perfect solution. Now they can enjoy new posts, articles and content just as fast as it goes online. Surfing via RSS reader saves time by eliminating the need to visit each site individually. Second, many visitors are concerned with their privacy and really aren't crazy about adding yet another newsletter to their already overflowing inbox. Of course, you can and should offer your feed by email but the option of getting your content sent to their reader appeals to many.

The benefits of syndicating your site include driving more traffic to your website, increasing your search engine ranking and it's very low cost. So low cost, in fact, it's free. Perhaps the best reason to use RSS marketing is it builds relationships. Nothing is more powerful in marketing than a large group of dedicated readers/buyers that like your brand and feel comfortable with you. You can use RSS feeds to earn the trust of your subscribers and that in turn will convert some of them to buyers. Your feed can also be placed on other websites. A webmaster just adds your feed to an aggregator and your feed will show on their website. Can you ask for any more?

List building

Every marketer understands the importance of list building and email marketing. Your RSS subscribers are indeed another valuable list. Whether they subscribe to your feed by email or in a reader, your marketing message is getting out. I don't want to just breeze over the list aspect because this is big! Some of the top blogs have a feed subscriber counts well over half a million. Now that,s a big list by anyone's standard.

With RSS feeds, you don't have to worry about spam complaints, spam filters, IPS blocking, blacklisting or unsubscribes. I'm not suggesting you abandon your traditional list or the idea of building traditional lists. You should use both. Both methods compliment one another and building a subscriber base from both list building methods will increase your reach and strengthen your brand faster.

Best bet

The quickest and easiest way to get started with your own RSS feed is to start a blog. Blogs by design are already 'fitted' for RSS feeds and they're very easy to start and maintain. Once you have your blog and feed setup the way you want you can concentrate on quality content. Blogs are interactive websites that are very user friendly as well as search engine magnets. You can start your own blog and host it free on a number of sites such as WordPress and Blogger.

A few quick tips

The fastest way to learn about RSS feeds is by subscribing to some yourself. Be careful, it's very addicting.

Submit your RSS feed to the RSS directories. Just like blog and article directories, there are quality RSS directories you can add your feed to.

Trade subscriptions. Have your online friends subscribe to yours and you subscribe to theirs. Remember networking? It's still important.

One trick I learned from the pros is to link your images to their actual URL. Many readers won't show the graphics in the feed so having a clickable link is a nice touch. That way the subscriber can simply click the link to see the image.

Give your articles descriptive titles. When scanning posts in the reader or email, most will skip what doesn't look interesting.

Subscribe to yourself. The best way to see what they see is by subscribing to your own feeds. Understand that not all readers and email clients are created equal.

Get it right the first time. Before you hit that publish button make sure everything is correct. Check links, spelling and everything else. Once it goes out it's out and too late to change it.

Subject: Controversial Advertising Campaigns
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:23 am (GMT 0)

It's a new world of marketing out there. Viral marketing, or the use of existing social networks to spread information and knowledge about products just as a virus self-replicates by means of human contact, is becoming increasingly popular. You'll find viral promotions in the form of e-books, video clips, and interactive Flash games. You'll find such promotions on Facebook.com, YouTube.com, Digg.com, and MySpace.com. You may even find them on your cell phone, in a text message.

One of the problems with viral marketing, however, is that the lack of a central filter for advertising ideas leaves the door wide open for ads that may be considered inappropriate, or even offensive. For example, do you remember the dispute that erupted in January 2005, centering on an ad for a new Volkswagen car? The UK newspaper The Guardian reported that two young British designers had created a brief video commercial for the Volkswagen Polo. The video was spreading, like a virus, online, through the social networking sites.

In the video, a darkly-bearded man in sunglasses and fatigues drives his VW Polo to a sidewalk café, parks, and detonates a bomb inside the car. His purpose is clearly a suicide mission, to blow up the café. A flash is seen inside the car, but is contained. The ad is followed by the tag line, "Polo. Small but tough." According to The Guardian, Volkswagen strenuously denied having condoned or encouraged the advertisement. The designers, known only as Lee and Dan, stated that they had made the video for Volkswagen as a self-promotional effort, to show what they could do. Volkswagen announced that they intended to sue the two young creative professionals for damages to the company's reputation - if they were able to locate them.

Despite all this, the video has continued to make the rounds on Internet forums, video-sharing sites, marketing blogs, and chat rooms ever since. The lack of accountability for content in this ad, the political "incorrectness" of its subject matter, and the explosiveness of the reactions to it all stand as indications of what's to come in alternative advertising. And yet, even though VW may not have been behind the offensive ad - it certainly did bring them a huge amount of press and publicity!

The ideology and the act of terrorism are something we struggle with. Our country is currently waging a war against terrorism, and many of our young people have died in a personal and physical confrontation with it. Traditional advertising has always aimed to sell people a better life than the one they're living. It has offered products and services with an emphasis on making people comfortable and happy. Now, with alternative advertising, suddenly the focus is on making us uncomfortable. Ads like the one for the Polo disturb us, unsettle us, but we do notice and remember the product.

Another controversial aspect of alternative advertising is that of incorporating political discourse. The line between news and advertising is increasingly blurred, as components of current political debate are included in advertisements whose purpose is to sell a product. In such a climate, how can we not become more and more apathetic and cynical about politics?

Only a month after the Volkswagen video incident, another huge company found itself spotlighted by a controversial event that boosted its sales. Hotel-heiress-turned-reality-TV-star Paris Hilton announced that hackers had invaded her T-Mobile Sidekick. Shortly thereafter, contact information for many of her famous friends appeared on the Internet, along with a number of - shall we say - indecorous photos that Hilton had kept on her cell phone/organizer/camera combination.

As the story unfolded, it was revealed that the group of young hackers responsible for swiping Hilton's personal information had been amusing themselves for months by harassing various T-Mobile customers, some well-known and some not. They had made use of "social engineering" - deceiving people into giving away sensitive information, or in other words, old-fashioned con artistry - to obtain phone and account numbers, seemingly without much difficulty.

You'd think that this massive attack on T-Mobile's security would have knocked the company right out of the market. Not so: Sidekick sales went roaring up after the Hilton incident and subsequent stories about the hacker group. Could it possibly be that T-Mobile had orchestrated the whole business to make the public more aware of the Sidekick? Could it have been a fantastically complex and clever piece of alternative marketing?

Both VW and T-Mobile received a tremendous amount of press coverage after their Internet scandals. Is it true that any press at all, favorable or negative, is ultimately good for a company? Maybe what we are seeing here is final proof of the value of risk-taking, controversial marketing techniques.

Finally, let's look at user-generated content as an advertising stratagem. An example of user-generated content on a web page is offered by Amazon.com. Most of Amazon's content is produced by administrators. However, regular users write reviews of products that are included in Amazon's advertising. People of all kinds, with a myriad of different viewpoints, life experiences, cultures and educational levels, may have an interest in the same product. If they are encouraged to give their opinion of the product as part of the product's advertising, the advertising can speak to all those various groups in their own voices.

User-generated content provides fresh ideas, cheaply produced. When consumers create most of the advertising for a product free of charge, a company's costs for advertising plummet. All the company needs to provide is the web page and the hosting; the rest is accomplished by the consumer-generated content. In comparison to the expense of the traditional TV marketing campaign, user-generated content costs virtually nothing. There are no costs for creative staff, directors, actors, writers, and air time. It's a pretty good deal for the company.

Here's the trade-off, though: if you out-source the creative process, you lose control of the output of that process. You may like what users say about your product, or you may not, but you can't do much about whether or not it is disseminated. The Internet is open for everyone to use. All those free upload sites like Flickr, YouTube, MySpace, and all the rest enable everyone's ideas to be available to the public. And if their ideas are clever and unusual - like that VW video - there is every likelihood that they will make the rounds on the Internet for a long, long time.
Online Money Methods :: Purchasing Recently Expired, Dropped Domains

Subject: Purchasing Recently Expired, Dropped Domains
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:17 am (GMT 0)

For some of you blogging online to make money might not be the way to go. It can be very time consuming, a bit discouraging at first, and it just all around is very difficult to get into. So what are some alternative ways to make money online you ask? I was doing a bit of research the other day and came across a website that you can do searches on to find recently deleted / expired domain names. I thought about it for awhile and realized that this type of information could be made into an online career. Let me explain.

Domain names normally only sell for about $7 - $20 each. However, the more sought after domain names can go for over $3000 each! A friend of mine recently sold his 2 character domain name for roughly $3,200! Now imagine you were to purchase that domain name at say $300 you would be making a profit of $2,900. Not bad for hardly doing any work at all I would say. Now where this website justdropped.com comes in handy is knowing of domains that have recently expired/dropped. It is possible that a good domain that someone had registered accidentally forgot to review their domain and you could buy it for a cheap price and have a high demand from people wanting to purchase that domain. You can then once purchasing some of these domain names just turn around and sell them for twice or even more then what you have purchased them for.

In order for this type of online opportunity to work for you you will most likely need to do it on a high scale. What that means is you will need to purchase a lot of domain names and sell a lot as well. The reason why that is is because you most likely won't always get a return like I explained in my example. For the most part you may only get a few dollars extra in return. However, considering the amount of effort to make the money is seems pretty nice.

In doing further research on this opportunity of making money online I read about a guy that was so good at this type of thing that he made millions of dollars a year doing it. But like I said he did this on a high scale to make that type of money. This guy had thousands of domain names he owned and some of them he couldn't even sell.

So if you think this opporuntity might be right for you check out this website justdropped.com. If any of you had any success with this type of work feel free to share by posting a comment to this post.
_________________
“Experience is by far the best teacher. Ever since I was little, I knew that if I looked both ways when crossing the street, I'd see a lot more than traffic.”
Affiliate Program Reviews :: SFI Program Review

Subject: SFI Program Review
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:14 am (GMT 0)

SFI is one of many large Affiliate marketing companies with an enormous base of independent affiliates offering many products and services. It offers a multi tiered approach to earning income from home. Affiliate marketing and Network Marketing is growing in popularity as each year passes. The ability to earn residual income is very impressive with companies like this.

SFI is a division of Carson Services, Inc., headquartered in
Lincoln, Nebraska USA. Founded in 1985, Carson Services has a long and successful track record in the publishing and network-marketing industries.

SFI appears to be changing the way companies market their products and services. With an enormous base of independent affiliates, SFI has the power to reach tens of millions of consumers and businesses worldwide. SFI affiliates can also aggressively target niche markets with high market penetration.

SFI offers many way to create income with their program. You can offer many products and services, thereby acting as a middle man creating income, you can use products at a great price or you can bring on board other affiliates allowing them to earn, save and make money. You also have the ability to earn from the affiliates in your down line. A really nice aspect of SFI is they actually put new people in your down line for you (Power line) so everyone has a chance to create a nice down line. What's even better is you have the opportunities to earn from your power line too? Think about it they put people in your down line and you can earn money from the products, services and down line affiliates. I think it's a nice program because your income grows by helping other people.

I, like many others, have been successful with SFI and feel like it is a top-notch company. You are in control of the type of business or income opportunity you want. You may just decide to buy some great products and services at a good price thereby saving money. It's up to you. You are your own boss.

Gery Carson is the founder of Carson Services, Inc. Gery's success as a entrepreneur has been told in Money Makers Monthly, Upline, Opportunity World Magazine, and in several books and videos. He has authored multiple best-selling marketing tools and has been featured as an expert guest on live call-in radio shows. Gery was selected to the 1992 Outstanding Young Men of America list and 1997's Who's Who in the Media and Communications. Both the founder and SFI as a company have lived up to their expectations in my opinion.

Don't get me wrong; if you are looking for something for nothing, this is not it. You have to put in effort, but if you are willing to work from home, putting some effort into your online endeavor, you can make some money. I have received a check, like many others, every single month I have been a member of SFI.

It offers many levels, but you can get your SFI business going for free. It costs nothing to join and start enjoying many great benefits. Another great thing about SFI is they offer step-by-step guidance, thereby improving your chances for success.

Is this program for you? I don't know, but my suggestion is join, learn about the company and it's many benefits. If it's for you great, if it's not that's okay, because it will have cost you nothing to find about the possibilities afforded you by SFI Affiliate marketing.

Think about what you would do with the extra income. Would you buy a new car? Sometimes people are amazed when they realize even an extra $200 - $500 a month can make a car payment on a nice car. As you business grows, what would you do with an extra $1000 - $2000 a month? Now that can be a house payment. I know many of you are thinking you would just like to pay the bills you have this month. To be honest, no one can promise you success, but you will never attain financial success if you don't do anything. Give yourself a chance you deserve it. Please feel free to read both this article or one of my many others by visiting my link in the resource box below. I always enjoy getting emails pertaining to my articles or my site. Your feedback is important to me.

I wish you the best.

Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:13 am (GMT 0)

The first affiliate program that we became part of was the eBay affiliate program. This program allows us to create a web site that features eBay auctions and receive anywhere from 50% on up to 75% commission on eBay revenue.

There are two ways that you can make money as an eBay affiliate:

* Get people to sign up for eBay. You get $25 for each person that joins eBay by clicking a link on your site and then goes on to buy an item or win an auction on eBay in the next 30 days.
* Get people to win eBay auction items from your site. You get up to 75% of what eBay makes on the auction. So, if your site is showing current listings for widgets and someone places a winning, $20 bid on a widget from your site, you would get anywhere from about $1.15 to $1.72 (50% - 75% of about $2.30). The percentage that you get depends on how much you have sold from your site. We're still in the 50% range.

How Much Can You Make?

This doesn't seem like much, but we've actually seen it add up to a couple hundred dollars since we launched our first site in January - Low Price Drums. Since then, we've also launched Morgan Dollars Online, Low Price Bass (bass as in guitars, not the fish) and Huskers-Gear.com. We've been fairly successful with the new sites as well.

Since I'm in IT, I was able to write the code necessary to get the auction information from eBay. If you're into creating web sites and working with programming languages like PHP or Java, eBay has some very good examples that you can use to implement this into your site.

If you're not into writing code or creating your own web sites, fear not! There are a couple of things that you can do to start out:
Subject: MoreNiche Affiliate Program - A Review
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:10 am (GMT 0)

For a while I have been looking for a way to make money online. One day I was searching through Myspace and I came upon a money making opportunity. The sight I found by accident is called Moreniche. At first I was very hesitant to join because I had encountered many money making scams before. I looked on their website and I saw that it said "sign up for free" so I took a chance. So I signed up and what I found inside was:

PROS - 1.They provide you with easy to read guides to help you get started

2. It is free to join

3. The level of commissions are great you can make up to $175 on one product

4. They have a 2nd tier commission program good for future earnings.

5. You get up to $45 just for signing up.

6. They provide one on one support plus they have an online forum which is very active in helping others.

Now on to the cons:

CONS - 1. The products to market are limited at present and are very focused around the health sector.

2.Payout minimum is $100, although this is similar to clickbank and other affiliate marketing sites.

3.The banners and ebooks must be downloaded to your hard drive and used from there, there is no html code available on the site, with the exception of text links.

4.The products are in a niche market and may be difficult to promote.

Summary

Overall I would rate this site as very good. They also provide free content, and free website templates for you to use.

If you are looking for a way to make money online and want to know more about Moreniche visit:

Affiliate Program Reviews :: Frutaiga Affiliate Program Review

Subject: Frutaiga Affiliate Program Review
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:09 am (GMT 0)

"Just Plug In And Go!"

You can see this statement being presented in a very lively manner on the Frutaiga corporate marketing website. There are more things for you to discover so let us begin.

1) Once Upon A Time: Frutaiga Story

In every company you will find a charismatic leader that is the root of it all. In the case of Frutaiga, it all began with Don Bodenbach (currently CEO of the company) who is a nutritional formulator by profession. He also ran a highly rated radio program in California for 14 years entitled, "The Nature Of Health".

Incidentally, Don stumbled upon 'adaptogens' and the expert on this ingredient Dr. Zakir Ramazanov. Together they co-formulated active ingredients sourced from Russia signaling the start of Frutaiga.

2) Are You Thirsty?

The first thing you have to understand is that Frutaiga is not actually a juice drink. Frutaiga is a potency mixture of 100% pure active ingredients called 'Rosalean'. You will get about 300mg of Rosalean in each ounce of Frutaiga.

You also will not find invented stories from people believing in a juice made from "magic berries". Instead, there are legitimate buyers that make Frutaiga stand alone in product sales. You can be sure that scientific research on Frutaiga spans a 45 year period by Soviet scientists.

3) Your Financial Destiny With Frutaiga

Essentially, when you become an independent distributor with Frutaiga you will be working on a network marketing concept. This means your leverage for financial prosperity comes from having a huge growing group volume of people joining your team.

Even if you are massively passionate about the Frutaiga liquid drink product, you still need to learn how to market. Marketing online gives you access to exposing your business to unlimited profits. You must plan your business steps wisely.

Web Development :: Top 5 Website Building Strategies For Affiliate Marketing

Subject: Top 5 Website Building Strategies For Affiliate Marketing
Posted: Tue Oct 21, 2008 8:04 am (GMT 0)

There are many advantages to affiliate marketing, and I've talked about these in other articles. They include not having to provide customer service or create your own products.

Where most affiliates get stuck though is when you start talking about building websites. Many don't have the skills to create a website, or are afraid they can't learn.

If this is your fear, then maybe you need to consider whether you need a website or not. There are many ways to build a website without knowing HTML. All you need to do is decide first what your income goals and topics are and then build from there.

Below are five different ways to earn money from affiliate marketing, and they are the easiest and fastest ways to get started in affiliate marketing.

1. Bum Marketing

Bum marketing is where you write articles to promote affiliate products. The easiest way to get started here is to select the products you want to promote and then write articles. Once you have written your articles, then choose article directories that allow you to use your afffiliate links in your resource box.

The alternative here is to buy a keyword rich domain and point it to the appropriate affiliate program.

2. Squidoo

A Squidoo lens is a one page web site on a specific topic. You don't need to know HTML to use this site. To get started, choose your niche topic and create your lens. Add short articles related to the topic, as well as a review. Focus on promoting one specific product. This is the main way to make money.

3. Review site

A review site is a simple one page website where you compare several different products related to one topic. You write a short review on each product and then rate it. These are quite popular right now, and they are easy to make. Use a free HTML editor that doesn't require you to know HTML. There are tons of them available on the internet.

4. Content site

Although this may seem to be the most complicated to make, it's really not. There are tons of free blogging sites available that will allow you to create a content rich website on your topic. You may also look for free website builders on sites like Google and MSN.

Write product reviews and article related to your topic. If you're blogging, sign up for Google Alerts on your topic. You'll find plenty of things to write about.

5. Subscription pages

A subscription page, or lead capture page, is a one page website where you offer visitors a subscription to your list. You'll find free software on the internet to help you build these. You'll need an autoresponder to capture your visitors' email and name. The advantage to this type of site is it allows you to recycle your traffic.

With web hosting and domain names so cheap these days, it's very easy to start an affiliate business on a shoestring. Assemble the right tools, and then build your site.
Safelist Reviews :: The Mad Vlad

Pros and Cons - The Mad Vlad is a free safelist that allows members to post ads in order to market their business opportunities. Although safelist advertising is not the best form of advertising, I was able to generate some good leads simply by posting to this safelist. The problem is that since this is a safelist, you will compete with numerous internet marketers who are also posting their ads. The key to generating leads is making your headline stand out so that prospects will want to open your email in the first place. You would also need to post often in order to generate as many leads as possible. Although we've been taught that safelist advertising is dead, I do believe that the Mad Vlad is a valuable exception.

Recommended? Yes. The key to succeeding is posting constantly and having catchy headlines. You are competing against other advertisers, so it is very easy for your ad to be ignored. If done correctly, you can generate quality leads. Free to place ads.
Email Marketing :: Safelists: Spam, Scam, Thank You Mam’?

Subject: Safelists: Spam, Scam, Thank You Mam’?
Posted: Sun Oct 19, 2008 9:21 pm (GMT 0)

Today I will share a secret with you on how I generate free leads for my business. These leads come in morning, noon, and night EVERY SINGLE DAY. Best of all, these leads do all the typing so I don’t have to import them or type their names and email addresses. Do you want to know how I do this at no cost? Keep reading, and you’ll see.

Just a couple of days ago, I was chatting with one of my brightest team members and he gave me the idea that I should post this information on my Blog so that everyone could see this. He even provided the title for this article!

One of the biggest problems that people face when starting an online business is a lack of funds. Sound familiar? People also believe that not having a lot of money prohibits them from being successful in business. False! The reality is that you can build a nice income from just a few dollars every month. I’ve done it, I can prove it, and I’m showing you one way right now!

You will need 3 things.

* An Auto-Responder
* A Lead Capture Page or Signup Link
* Membership in a number of Safelists (free or paid)

Step 1: The AutoResponder

An autoresponder is a computer program that automatically answers e-mail sent to it. Autoresponders can be very simple or quite complex. For more information on the purpose of an autoresponder please re-visit Day 1 of the 30 Day Success Guide.

If you have started the 30 Day Success Guide, then you already have a powerful autoresponder called Response Magic. This program is easy to use, full of features, and fully integrated with your PayItForwards4Profits account. I use Response Magic for everything and I encourage you to take some time to get familiar with it.

Within Response Magic, you will want to create a new campaign for your leads. I call my campaign “LEADS.” You will also want to create an automated response message for anyone who signs up with you. My first message says something like this: “Hi my name is... Thank you for signing up for my… Here are your free gifts.”

As a bonus for subscribing to my Blog, I’ll be happy to send you, for free, an EXACT copy of the "gifts" email I use for my prospects. You can then customize it and add your own links. Simply subscribe to this Blog, and, after you contact me, I’ll send it to you.

If any of this sounds too complicated for you, I’ll be happy to walk you through the process by phone, by Skype, or via MSN Instant Messenger. You’ll find my IDs at the bottom of all my emails.

After you create this new campaign, you will then proceed to generate a sign-up form or sign-up link. Again, if any of this sounds too complicated for you, I’ll be happy to walk you through the process by phone, by Skype, or via MSN Instant Messenger. You’ll find my IDs at the bottom of all my emails.

You have now completed Step 1.

Step 2 - The Lead Capture Page (or Signup Link)

A Lead Capture Page is designed to capture your visitors name and email address and place them automatically in your AutoResponder. Here is an example of a lead capture page: http://wildoballenilla.com/Home/Info.htm

This page saves me time because I don’t have to type names and email addresses. My leads enter their information themselves! As you can see from the example above, you will want to make your page simple yet compelling. Your prospect cannot resist signing up!

If you are not familiar with building webpages or if you are not familiar with Html, DO NOT PANIC! Within Response Magic, you have the option to generate a sign-up link. That’s ALL you need! You can then insert that link into your email and it will produce the same result: prospect clicks link, prospect signs up, prospect is placed in your autoresponder.

You have now completed Step 2.

Step 3 – Safelists

A safelist is a list where everyone subscribed to the list becomes a member and agrees to receive email from other members of that list. Many safelists allow members to join and use them for free. This is a great place to advertise. Personally, I advertise in reverse.

Here’s a tip: Safelists send A LOT of email offers therefore you WILL receive ALOT of email once you sign up. I personally have about 2 throw-away email addresses specifically for safelist messages. You can get free email addresses from Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

I’ve joined a number of safelists to which I send messages every other day. This has created a steady and daily flow of leads for me. Again, they do arrive morning, noon, and night. For suggested safelists, please see “Recommended Resources” below.

This is the email that I send out to all my safelists:

Subject

Looking for more contacts?

Message

We have a common goal! Subscribe to my list and feel welcome to add me to yours.

http://wildoballenilla.com/Home/Info.htm

I’m here to help, so let’s connect soon and make progress, ok?

Yours in success,

Wildo Ballenilla

Connecticut, USA

You will notice a few things about of my message.

* Short and to the point
* I’m not selling anything; I’m offering myself as a lead.
* EVERYBODY wants leads and if they can add you to their contact list, they'll take the bait.
* My Lead Capture Page/Signup Link is included

My prospects read this message and… they take the bait. My prospects click on the link for more information. When they get to my page, they see a valuable limited time offer…they can’t resist! Are you beginning to understand how all of this works?

Now that these prospects opt-in to receive my emails through my autoresponder, I can sell to them repeatedly through my email campaigns. They get alot more exposure than just a one-time view if I was just showing them my business site alone.

You have now completed Step 3.

Review

Let’s review the process one last time.

1. You send a message with a link to sign-up or to a lead capture page.
2. Lead visits your site and is curious and compelled to opt-in.
3. Lead receives a bonus or incentive for signing up.
4. Lead receives emails from your autoresponder. First, a “Thank you” message. Then, automatic or regular delivery of your "selling" emails, email broadcasts, or special offer emails you wish to send.
5. Later, the lead may opt-out or… contact you wishing to start an online business relationship or… just sign up for your program on his or her own. Nice!

Do you wish to experience how the process works first-hand? Take a look! Here is another one of my lead capture pages: www.MyHomeATM.biz

Did you see how easy and automated the process is? Now, you see that you can do it too and I can help.

So there you have it. Just like me, you can also blow up your email inbox with free leads everyday just by sending out a simple message to your safelists.

Dear reader, you can do ALL of this! It’s true. Again, if any of this sounds too complicated for you, I’ll be happy to walk you through the process by phone, by Skype, or via MSN Instant Messenger. You’ll find my IDs at the bottom of all my emails. I look forward to hearing about your success stories!!!

Recommended Resources

There are many options and safelists available to help you with your business. Many are free. You can certainly take the free route, but know that it will involve additional work and time. If you are looking for the fast-track, then you will want to investigate the paid programs.

In my opinion, one of the best free safelist that you can join
is Adtactics.com. I've been using them for last 2 years
now which is great because some safelist don't last that
long. The people that run the safelist are Jon Atwood
and Marc Quarles, very dedicated, very smart, customer
service oriented and professional individuals.

Adtactics is a credit based system which means that when
you receive email messages from other members, it gives
you a credit ranging from 0-1000 or more which you can
accumulate so you can in turn send your ads to all members. You normally
have to click on those links in
order to get credited.

They offer wide range of services such as banner exchange, traffic
exchange, getpaidtoread email, and a
forum that's open to the public.

I am convinced that this safelists will be around for a
while giving the owners commitment to being the most
responsive free safelist on the net. Just last week
they had to cancel most of the inactive members which
brought their membership down to just over 3,000 from
15,000 members that were not on vacation.

Hope that helps.

Traffic Exchange Reviews :: Traffic Hoopla Review

Subject: Traffic Hoopla Review
Posted: Sun Oct 19, 2008 9:05 pm (GMT 0)

Periodically people ask me what I think about Traffic Hoopla and their ranking system. I’m also asked all the time why my exchange isn’t ranked. Well it’s not a simple explaination, so here’s what I think about Traffic Hoopla..

Basically the way their ranking works is they have a group of people that track their stats. Well, so they claim. They then do some statistics on the traffic delivered, and base their reports off that. Most recently they started including some result factors.

I say they claim to have a group of people because I personally beleive they don’t have quite the group they claim. Maybe two people? I’ve discussed this with other owners and we’ve discovered that the traffic on the reports pretty much matches up exactly with a certain user.

Of course Traffic Hoopla denied that, so I did a test.. I added some credits to the account, and watched. Sure enough it boosted our rankings. So I mentioned it inside a thread on NMF, and since then am no longer listed by them (along with another exchange who also tested our hypothesis).

So why does this matter? Well a couple reasons. The first is that it means the reports are biased. That’s because the people in this “group” decide which exchanges they’ll use. The second is that it is easy to influence. They didn’t seem to notice until we posted in the forum that we added credits to their account. So either they did notice and didn’t mind the treat, or they didn’t notice and it could be happening to any on their top list.

So that is my run in with Traffic Hoopla, what are your thoughts on it?

Safelist Reviews :: Got Safe List

Subject: Got Safe List
Posted: Sun Oct 19, 2008 9:01 pm (GMT 0)

Got Safe List is a wonderful website for those who are looking to promote their websites over the WWW. Already upon sign up, without paying anything, one can send an email to 2500 readers(!!!), with any link inside.

The interface is great, and there's no problem at all for even a beginner to understand what is going on there. The help team is quick to respond - so no problem on that side either.

A user has two options - either stay a free member, and send his email once a day to 2500 readers - earning the credits to do so from reading other emails, or upgrade and be able to send professional HTML emails to almost unlimited number of readers.

There are many ways to promote through Got Safe List besides emails. There are text ads, banners on the website and the Desktop mailer that gets the message directly to users' desktop! All options are cheap or even free (you get credits for reading emails and messages).

For those of you who are interested in seeing money out of this - not only it is easy to get credits (most emails worth 500+) - there's also an option to convert credits to cash and withdraw the money!

In conclusion, Got Safe List is a great website for all those who are looking for a low to no cost promotion. An easy to use interface, with many ways to promote including options to upgrade after trying the system out a little bit to increase exposure grants a webmaster or anyone else one of the best tools available in the field.

Subject: 7 Quick Tips on Using Free Traffic Exchanges
Posted: Sun Oct 19, 2008 8:08 am (GMT 0)

Surfing for free traffic is a viable, although time consuming way of getting visitors to your web site. Basically, what you do is sign up for any number of free traffic exchange sites out there. Then, you sit down at your computer and click on sites that are registered through that service. As you click on (or view) these particular sites, you build up credits that can, in turn, be used to gather visitors to your personal or business site.

So, now that we have a basic understanding of the purpose of traffic exchange sites, here are a few tips for you to use.

Sign up for Hit Exchange News. This newsletter has been around since 2003 and gives some great info on traffic exchanges. It also has a top 10 list as well as a list of those exchanges that are not so popular these days. You don't want to spin your wheels surfing on an exchange that is not getting much traffic. You can find it at www.hitexchangenews.com .

Surf efficiently. Once you have set up a free account, the last thing you want to do is spend time reading and playing around on every site you see. The idea is to read the headlines and move on to the next site. This will allow you to build up credits faster and fulfill your primary goal for surfing. If you see something that looks interesting, keep a pad nearby and write it down for later review. If you start visiting these sites, you will have a hard time actually building up any credits.

Pay attention to your competition. In other words, take note of sites that catch your attention and write those down. Was the site funny? Was it easy to read? Did the headline make you stop and take notice? On the flip side, make sure to note those sites that turned you off. This will help you later to avoid making the same mistakes.

Choose 2-3 of these traffic exchanges to get started. There are people that literally surf dozens of sites at one sitting and that can be very confusing for anyone just learning this method. So, it is suggested that you do a little research, check out Hit Exchange News and begin with a couple that you like.

Set up or choose a page that loads fast. At some point, you will need to link to one of your pages that you would like others to surf. You don't want a page that takes forever to load or potential visitors will simply ignore it. A quick solution is to make an easy-to-read and fast loading splash page. You want a page that shows a powerful headline, limited graphics and links to your primary site. Again, splash pages should load fast and don't need to contain a ton of information.

Be wary of some of these systems that charge you money to surf or use auto-surf technology. Like anything else that you use online, you must be careful, do your own due diligence and never look for the easy way out because that can often cause you to lose valuable time, if not money.

There is no magic answer when it comes to generating free traffic but exchanges do have their benefits. If used consistently, you can generate new visitors to your website on a regular basis. The key is to have something to offer them once they get there. If you are getting visitors and none of them are buying or signing up for your list, take a look at your design, ad copy, or product and test again. Ultimately, you don't have to spend a fortune to get traffic but you do have to spend some time. Good luck.
_________________
“Experience is by far the best teacher.
